Mischa Barton was born on on January 24, 1986, in Hammersmith, the United Kingdom. The O.C. she played Marissa Cooper a socialite. In addition, she appeared on screen in The Sixth Sense, a suspense film. The O.C. which she starred in was a cult TV series. The O.C. was a huge hit TV show that she appeared alongside. Benjamin McKenzie, her lover. Ben McKenzie was her lover. Barton appeared for the first time on television as Corvina Lang, who was a younger Corvina. She played the role in flashbacks during All My Children in 1994. In 1996 she returned to the soap opera replacing Michelle Trachtenberg in the role as Lily Benton Montgomery. In the eight episodes she guest starred of the show Once and Again as Jessie Sammler's (Evan Rachel Wood) girlfriend Katie Singer. She returned in 2001 to film, and was a part of the independent Canadian film Lost and Delirious based on the novel The Wives of Bath by Susan Swan. Barton's performance, along with the performances from her co-stars Jessica Pare and Piper Perabo were widely praised. In Romania she was welcomed as a hero. Comaneci's Olympic medal count increased to nine after four years competing in the Olympics in 1980. Her Olympic total was boosted to nine medals after, in 1980, she won two more gold and two silver at the Olympics. In April 1996 Comaneci got married to American Olympic Champion Bart Conner and they have a son, Dylan Paul. Bart Conner Gymnastics Academy is one of the many business in gymnastics they co-own. Comaneci has been an executive board member of the Special Olympics International Muscular Dystrophy Association, and Laureus Sports For Good Foundation. Comaneci continues to contribute cash and time to a variety of charities, such as her involvement with the Nadia Comaneci Children's Hospital located in Bucharest.
